Pros
The customers tip alright. Some of the other servers are really nice. There's a very high turnover rate, so if you're looking for a job, they are almost always hiring.
Cons
Unlike the other chain restaurants I served at, all the servers start at the same time for each shift. There are only two shifts- lunch and dinner. When everyone starts at the same time, you could be standing around for hours (being paid $2 an hour) before you get a table. This makes your average hourly rate very low. Management illegally subtracts money from for paycheck for every shift you work because they "offer free salad and soup for you". You only get one work shirt and have to pay for the rest (they're not cheap!). Management is extremely strict and unusually harsh. If you mess up an order, you have to pay for it, full price. So be extremely careful, or else you could end up paying for a $30 entree.
