Pros
Good to start in the staffing/recruiting industry, but not for a long-term career. Has a lot of resources for sourcing good candidates.
Cons
The Perm placement side is a joke, the management does not give assistance. Allows other recruiters to trample on your pipeline and steel candidates. Managers, can't even recruit. The upper managers/directors are full of themselves. When you do become successful, they change your pay from, base pay with 40% commission to just 40% commission. They also pander to whiners.
