      Pros

      *Great place to start off at if switching industries. *Love my team of colleagues I work with daily.

      Cons

      *PAY - the pay is terrible, and forget raises. Not going to happen *A lot of talk but no real action, seems some higher management just brush things off *Need more up to date recruiting tools *Not a lot of room to grow *Doing work outside of your position and not being compensated fairly

      Terrible Job recruiters and they waste your time with non-important bull just to string you along. Made me take some assessment 4 times to give me an interview just to deny me in the end. Literally a scam company and I should be compensated for the amount of time I have had to put in just to get nothing. The company is scammy as well and pay you nickels and dimes but expect you to be time efficient and reliable.
