      Pros

      The company itself pays attention to its staff in regards to training and development which is extremely important in any position. They have quite a few incentives and uncapped commission. There's top talent trips for top performers within the company and monthly conferences so you can review your progress over the months.

      Cons

      Micro management, very cut throat (Which is expected as it is a sales based position). The company could spend some money on a refurbishment. Sometimes you can feel like the management team are never satisfied.

      Cons

      Terrible Job recruiters and they waste your time with non-important bull just to string you along. Made me take some assessment 4 times to give me an interview just to deny me in the end. Literally a scam company and I should be compensated for the amount of time I have had to put in just to get nothing. The company is scammy as well and pay you nickels and dimes but expect you to be time efficient and reliable.
