      They don't like to pay for earned sick time. They haven't given me a raise in hourly pay for over 2 years and I worked through the pandemic

      Rewarding work for the community you live in.

      Cons

      Depending on your branch you'll have completely different experiences. My Branch Manager had no business being in her position and made work a waking nightmare.
