Pros

Great clients, great support, flexible scheduling. I pick my hours. Pretty decent pay, really good benefits, sick and vacation days. They even give you a floating holiday.

Cons

I don't feel like I want to take time off because my clients don't want anyone else and I don't want to leave them. Drive too much.
