-management can be manipulative to employees, especially women, and especially women fresh out of college. (In my experience)
-favorites are definitely picked when it comes to sharing business / owing people favors.
-flexibility to work remote is inconsistent across the organization (offices, verticals, etc.)
-work hard/play hard culture is huge, probably too emphasized here. there was drinking in my office nearly every day. happy hours are encouraged and often the only way you can get off work early.
