3yThank you for taking the time to provide feedback. We’re happy to hear you loved the team culture here at Addison. We work hard to ensure we’re creating a welcoming and belonging experience for everyone. However, I am disappointed to hear about your personal experience. We always provide resources for employees to voice when they are feeling overwhelmed or concerned and we encourage them to do so as soon as an issue arises. We continue to leave the door open for two-way communication, including our most recent anonymous companywide survey. We value all the feedback we’ve received including what you’ve provided here.
