Pros
good start to the recruitment industry if you're entry level
Cons
This company has completely fallen off. Little to no investment from upper executives in their NYC office. You would think one of the biggest markets they can be in, they'd want it to succeed. Instead, they pay horribly and doesn't even compete with the rest of the market. Little to no training or assistance to transition new hires into the recruitment world. Promoting producers to managers is also a god awful idea. Just because they know how to close and make deals DOES NOT qualify them as good managers or leaders. This place will also pretend to care about their candidates when in reality they're just a number to them. Keegan Stemmer of the IT team in NYC is incredibly rude to candidates and often scares them out of a job by speaking down to them and in turn blames the recruiters for these things. She along with the rest of the management team in NYC does not collaborate and is strictly out for themselves. It is a shame because when I first joined it was incredible and within 1 year things changed drastically and are going down hill. I need to leave ASAP
