Pros

The culture in the office is one of the most important aspects of any role I’ve ever had, and the environment we’ve fostered at Addison Group is second to none. I genuinely enjoy coming to work and seeing my colleagues. I feel supported by my teammates, my manager and SVP, and everyone else — even those on separate teams. Another huge plus is the compensation packages and career pathing. We have uncapped commissions, quarterly bonuses, and a strong structure when it comes to actually making money, which is incredibly important in a sales‑focused role. The development they provide new hires is unparalleled as well. I’ve spoken with friends at other staffing firms, and they do not receive the same level of support, training, and attention to help them become successful. Starting in sales is difficult when you don’t have the resources to succeed combined with a high level of pressure to produce, we have the opposite here!

Cons

No real con's come to mind!

Pros

Addison Group is a wonderful organization with incredible support from within, opportunities to grow, and great people to work with. I never expected to spend 4+ years of a career here starting out, - but I see a lot more time here in my future!

Cons

The workload can be demanding based on how successful you'd like it to be -- which is not a bad thing at all but the sky's the limit if you're willing to put in the work.
