Pros
Addis software is really one of the best place to work in ethiopia. The environment is so welcoming and the people who works there cares about developer development, they give care for everybody's idea, thought and comments. All i can say is amazing.
Cons
In my experience, the cons might be the idea of freelancing in addis software is kind of not accepted fully yet. the CEO does have some issue with the freelancing idea.
