      Pros

      Flexible WFH and working hours, as long as you get your work done. Unlimited PTO, effective immediately, full health covered for employee, effective immediately. WFH stipend, along with provide essential working equipment. Everyone is incredibly helpful and great to work with. Tons of internal information available.

      Not getting to meet many co-workers in person, if you are not near an office.

      Unlimited PTO that they encourage you to use

      Vey cliquey and laden with politics. Lot of the promotions didn't make any sense and just seemed to be based on the VP's mood on any given day. Favoritism galore and to top it off.... the clients are so difficult to deal with. Unrealistic expectations and no support from management when they are out of line. You will be demonized if you call it out.
