Leave policies are very weak. Important national holidays such as 26th January, 15th August, and Janmashtami are not provided.
Only 6 casual leaves are offered per year, and medical documents are required even for short sick leaves. This is impractical, as many employees visit local doctors who only provide medicines without prescriptions.
Work culture lacks trust. Senior management closely monitors employees through CCTV and calls employees for very small issues, which creates pressure, fear, and demotivation.
There is no transparent increment policy. Employees are often told there is no budget or they are not eligible, even after completing a full year of hard work.
