      A flat hierarchy ensures that everyone is approachable. Opportunity to learn and tackle complex problems for freshers. A combination of remote and in-person work.

      Cons

      Embarking on a startup journey entails signing up for hard work, but that's part of the commitment. Absence of experienced senior staff. Having a multitude of responsibilities can be overwhelming at times, but it's all part of the learning process. Additionally, leaders are consistently available for support wherever it is needed

      Pros

      I worked with Adbrew for almost 2 years and the growth has been great. The proximity to founders helped me learn about problems that early stage startups face. There used to be a week long offline meetup once every 3-6 months which was good.

      Cons

      Feedback was not be taken constructively about some things. But this was just one-off case, nothing major to worry about.
