Intangible gains by working smart people, technically and non-technically. Working alongside solid technical leadership. Connected with mentors which made me value my experience and grow (I’ll get to that later). Overall, I met genuinely nice people working here and would recommend this company if you’re an experienced consultant
Cons
Not invested in innovative operational technology! After leaving, I realized I lacked exposure to innovative and industry leading tools and technologies. Not only are you losing out on gaining experience with relevant technologies, makes the task on hand archaic. No freedom to take apart what was no working and rebuild it. If you’re really ambitious the environment can be suffocating in terms of growth. HQ location was tricky, and not ideal for a tech company looking to attract or retain top talent.
