Leadership is 100% committed to employee success and happiness. They are present, hold themselves accountable as leaders, and truly want to see their people grow, win, and happy. Potential to make great money with a lot of autonomy. They have recently hired a lot of new people and adjusted culture which has been very positive being newer and seeing both groups. Lastly, excellent tech resources. Love it here.

I wouldn't say I really have many, maybe 2 days from office, 3 from home but we love this office so 90% don't mind going in!

The office is pretty cool. High end furniture, outdoor balcony…etc. management is nice and approachable. Not hidden away. Long lunch breaks

A lot of turnover. Public crying when orders were lost. My manager was cracked out on what I assume was adhd medication and just not qualified to manage any form of human. Broke promises about original hired role vs my ramp up….
