3yWhile we were initially hesitant to respond to yet another statement from this individual, we feel it’s important to address the concerns raised and to reassure our current and former employees, whose valuable contributions and perspectives we deeply respect and whose personal feedback speaks for itself.
While we respect everyone’s right to share their perspective, the repeated inflammatory and unfounded statements suggest a desire to misrepresent and harm former colleagues.
We encourage this individual to engage in a more constructive dialogue by reaching out directly to our HR department, as our aim is to address concerns thoughtfully and collaboratively- remaining committed to ensuring a positive and respectful environment for everyone involved.
