Pros
Pay and Benefits are very competitive. 11% 401k contribution (not match, just straight up contribution, vests immediately) Leadership. Owners and founders are just overall quality people that show they care through their actions, not just their words. Growth opportunities and flexibility in choosing work. Small company feel yet has very good job security.
Cons
Pay is so high that I have to spend time figuring out how I'm going to invest this extra money (This is a joke, pls don't lower my pay ;] )
