Pros
Seeing your client's progress is the most rewarding and the only pro of working at adapt for life.
Cons
The management has horrible attitudes, are completely unprofessional and they're very passive aggressive. Management plays a lot of favoritism amongst RBTs. That's why the turnover rate is so high here because there's constantly negative experiences with management. Even when you report the way management acts the VP of Operations gives them the benefit of the doubt and gaslights the RBTs. After reporting the management they nitpick and basically bully you on the job until you leave or they find a reason to fire you. I've seen it happen to so many RBTs and I haven't even been apart of the company for a year. The training for new RBTs is not good at all. The training is so inconsistent and the current RBTs are constantly training new RBTs with no compensation. Not to mention the pay, PTO, and benefits are subpar compared to other companies in Indianapolis. I have a friend that works at another center getting paid $6/hour more with the same level of experience. The schedule is very inconsistent and if your client calls in you're more than likely getting sent home. The Operations Manager constantly messes up payroll. They have been saying there will be room for growth and there never is. The environment exudes toxic positivity. They only want RBTs to be happy for the sake of the clients. They don't care about employees AT ALL. Coming to work everyday is very draining and sometimes I dread coming. All in all save your time and work somewhere else.
