Pros
I really enjoy my job at Adams Disaster and Restoration, I have been working for this company for almost two years and there has been many benefits. I have learned a lot about the industry and many other factors that will help me out in my future endeavors in relations to dealing with day to day issues in life, as well as in the business world.
Cons
The only con that I have noticed, and this isn't relating to the company and/or their employees, owners, work, etc., rather dealing with greedy homeowners refusing to buy their bill once the work has been completed and they were beyond happy with the outcomes, however once their check from their insurance comes in the mail they decide to pocket the money or ignore our calls/messages.
