Pros
I enjoyed the person who I worked with when I first started working with this company. People are nice to your face but are over the top and you can tell it’s not genuine.
Cons
Wow! Where do I begin! I started my interview process in December 2018 where I responded to an add for a position that would be 3 days a week/15 hours... I had about 5-7 phone interviews, Skype interviews, in person interviews and the process kept being delayed for MONTHS with this brand. Because they “liked” me so much they gave me hours working with another brand while Adamis/ the company I was interviewing for kept delaying this process for the interview with the brand I originally interviewed for. I enjoyed this because it’s easy money and the person working for this brand didn’t micromanage. However, I was still really interested in working for this other brand because I believeD(past tense) in their concept and philosophy and was interested in working in both department store and intimate boutiques. It’s also funny how they kept saying they fired a girl because she lacked “empathy” and judging by the actions of this brand this is something the companies themselves clearly don’t possess... long story short I finally had my final in person interview at the end of February and was received a job offer working 5 hours a week and decided to hire someone else as well..WHAT?! You strung me along for MONTHS. If I knew I had to do all of this for 5 hours a week I would of kindly declined in the beginning. I was ready to leave my current position for this one. Because I was still slightly interested in I decided to take it anyway and do it on my day off just for some extra money. However: I was so upset over the fact BOTH these companies did me so dirty I just never accepted any of this shifts. I’m in school, I’m also working another job. This was too much drama for not enough in return. Also! This company does NOT DO PAID TRAININGS!!! Do you really expect me to go out of my way for an hour and a half and use my data that I PAID FOR for Skype calls and not get any sort of compensation..ILLEGAL AND SHADY!!! Oh, I also have emails saying one of the trainings WOULD be paid(because that’s the law) and never received a dime for it. So unless you have all the free time in the world, enjoy wasting MONTHS for an interview when it’s only going to be 5 hours a week when promised something totally different, enjoy trainings and not getting paid this could be a company you would enjoy working with. In summary: started interview in December 2018, final interview end of February, didn’t start getting hours(which I never worked for the company because I have other obligations and couldn’t work every Saturday) in April. So that’s literally 5 months. Wasted. You literally wasted 5 months for a position that’s 5 hours a week, what a joke.
