Pros
Adacta's overall open culture with a focus on people and offices. It feels great being in Adacta offices because people are friendly, positive, and always ready to share their tech and personal experience. We chat in the kitchen, and later we can fully concentrate on work. Also, the opportunities for adding extra value to the company are often, and everybody has a voice to speak up and suggest an improvement.
Cons
It's hard to write cons because I genuinely enjoy the company. The organization is growing fast but somehow always finds a way to balance scaling, but in between, we have some bumpy moments. Location vice: Around the building, you can't find any good restaurants.
