Pros
I joined AdServices at a later stage of my career having worked for over 30 years in advertising and marketing. It would have been dangerously easy to fall back on old familiar ways and put myself on automatic pilot, but that wasn't in the AdServices playbook. I soon discovered that AdServices had a company culture that not only set high standards as a provider of strategic marketing services, but also encouraged team members to grow in all areas of their lives and strive to reach their full potential. In the eight years that I've worked here, I've continued to improve as a professional and have found the inspiration to reflect on my strengths, goals and values and live my life with a greater sense of purpose.
Cons
Advertising is a deadline-intensive business, so if having to sometimes perform under tight time constraints is a turnoff, no marketing firm (AdServices included) is going to be a leisurely ride. I can tell you from experience though, that some of the most exhilarating moments I've had as a professional is coming through for a client and making good things happen for them in quick-turnaround situations.
