• At times it feels as if SO much emphasis is on new business. New business is a vital part of growth; however, maintaining old reliable business should come first above all else. Sell new, but money is money - it shouldn’t matter how it’s generated. It all goes to the same place. 😊 Award Trips feel unreachable due to contest parameters.

The ability to work remotely. Hard work is rewarded. Excellent Management. Many incentives, including vacations, bonus incentives and more!

Personally, I don't like the mandatory monthly ride alongs. I feel like I produce the expected results, and do very well with being motivated to exceed expectations.
