Pros

great people who are very knowledgeable, other than leadership

Cons

Significantly under paid across the company. Has significant layoffs at least once per quarter. No loyalty to associates. Dropped PTO from years of service accrual to significantly less, whether you've been there 5 years or 20+ years. In office policy was heightened last year with tighter restraints planned for this year. There is no consistency across leadership. Favoritism and micromanagement is evident across the company. Used to be a great place to work, however that is not the case today.

Pros

Good people and a pretty supportive environment overall. Work-life balance was better than a lot of other tech jobs and expectations were generally reasonable. Learned a lot working with different teams.

Cons

Some older internal systems can make certain projects take longer than expected. Depending on the team, processes can sometimes feel a little slow.

Pros

Acxiom has a good culture and provided (past tense) decent benefits.

Cons

During the IPG acquisition, there was uncertainty. That appeared to be unfounded, as IPG valued Acxiom and its employees. With the Omnicom merger, it is clear Omnicom does not value Acxiom's associates, who are what makes Acxiom valuable to them. I know of over a dozen Engineering folks with tenures of 25-40 years who have been let go and benefits are being gutted with no increase in pay.
