Suits well for interns and entry level professionals and not recommended for the experienced professionals. No professional growth, lacks culture, no bonus, and appraisals. No employee retention and no repeat clients to their project management services except for the close connections.

The availability of a 3D printer, sample maker, and a testing lab enhances the hands-on learning experience, enabling engineers to bring their creative ideas to life and validate them through rigorous testing. Many engineers gets opportunity to work on overseas projects and travel to various countries. Being a small company but highly sensitive for engineers as salary gets on last working day of month or sometimes a week early on festivals like Ganapati or Diwali
