      Corporate strategy is to invest more heavily in Acuity Intelligent Spaces business unit which leads to a limited investment in lighting Some Senior Managers can be territorial with a propensity to protect their turf, even at the detriment of Acuity's success.

      Pros

      Fully remote, collaboration is excellent with Sales and Engineering teams. Nice people.

      Cons

      Onboarding was awful. Tend to turnover people frequently, always around April and October, which coincides with their fiscal year. HR people are never the same for very long. Medical benefits are ok. Questionable ethics in the Legal & Compliance Dept of all places. It's evidenced with all the legal counsel they have hired, there are more of them than there are customer service people it seems. It pays the bills, but it's not a job one should count on for long term. It seems the strategy is hire with high pay, but let go within a year. Seen it happen to many people.
