Pros
The focus on keeping all the clients happy was something I liked because I believe in attaining client satisfaction too.
Cons
The job was Stressful and not easy. We had to tackle plenty of challenges in a day and be patient throughout the process. It was also terrible that I reached home exhausted and had to meditate for an hour to keep the brutal work stress away from my personal life. The management was not effective. They were usually not available when needed, which led to more negativity. BEWARE AND AVOID THIS AWFUL EXPERIENCE!
