1. If want to upgrade skills Or you are fresher then you must join Acty.you can able to learn multiple things. 2. But you must have a capacity for working late night. 3. Cons
As per above good points have some negativity also 1. Late night work with no overtime allowance. 2. You can not leave office easily because seniors always watching your activity. 3. If u will leave office early then it’s affect on appraisal. 4. You must have to fight for good appraisals 5. If u will go and work in japan then also need to work late mid night without OT. 6. They are not following Japan Government rule 7. You cannot move easily to another company before going to japan they have thousands of rule and u must have to sign it. 8. Japan Administration department are helping in nature. 9. You will not get enough amount in Japan so u will enjoy japan but can’t save money
