      Gujrati company No work life balance Company run by 1 family Worst team management Less salary hike ( they compare your salary with ex colleague salary ) Interfere with personal life No flexible working hours No hybrid model even if desktops were replaced by laptops No career growth No scope to apply your thoughts in projects Everything is managed by Japanese

      Pros

      Working in Acty System was good and I was working with the International Group with amazing boss Tokihiko Arai who had amazing work environment and good life balance and independence to work good.

      Cons

      Other teams did'nt have that advantage , Long working hrs no life balance and politics
