      They have a nice coffee machine,

      Cons

      Beware! Transparency is non-existent, communication is poor, and promises are constantly broken. Expect long hours, unrealistic deadlines, and a toxic work culture. They prioritize profit over employee well-being and integrity. Avoid at all costs for your sanity and dignity. PS: I heard Gabe (owner) paid a company to raise his Glassdoor rating. what a joke!

      I really enjoy the family business feel of the company. Leadership is very respectful of me as an employee and appreciates our contributions. Love my manager and feel passionate about the mission!
