      Pros

      Met some amazing people. Acton University, every June, is a fabulous experience. Had incredible opportunities.

      Cons

      The leadership has no idea how to lead. There is NO plan for succession. HR is nearly non-existent and has no power, since the two founders insist on making decision on EVERYthing. It is a micro-managed hell.

      Did not feel like an intern. I felt like a part of the staff. Loved the work/life balance.

      I wish the internship was longer than 8 weeks!
