Pros
- The directors are very easy to approach and are always around giving the business a very organised and personal feeling. - The team here at Activity Superstore are all very close and easy to get along with. - We get activity allowances and also get asked to take additional experiences which is unique to our business. - We also have Christmas and summer parties which is great as it allows us to relax and get to know people in the office we do not always speak to on a day to day basis. - Social Office environment. - Free Snacks(Biscuits!) - Great office location (with free parking!)
Cons
- We only have one yearly performance review which I feel isn't enough - Progression is limited depending on which department you are in. - For a majority of the roles, training is internal only and for my job, I would prefer a mix of internal and external training to allow me to perform better in my current role.
