      Pros

      Enjoyable environment Engineers are very talented with lots of experience, I'm learning a lot Our products are going into many cool products: drones, power tools, home appliance, SSD's, wearables, etc. I'm given a lot of freedom to design and I get to talk directly to customers They pay my health insurance They give me a 10% bonus each year based on my and the company's performance. They also gave me stock when I was hired and twice since!

      Cons

      This place is so much better than my last two jobs, I don't have much to complain about.

      Pros

      Happy working here. They give me a lot of responsibility and there is very little wasted time in meetings and bureaucracy. Decisions are clear and fast. One of the better jobs I've had. Co-workers are great, they are very helpful.

      Cons

      They pay my healthcare and a big part of my family's healthcare, however there are not a lot of other benefits. Other than the STOCK OPTIONS of course. ;)

      Pros

      People have experiences in large companies. They were using the similar process in the product design.

      Cons

      They have large ambition but more work to do.
