Pros
It was a good place to get experience, but not a good place to stay.
Cons
As of time the IT was outsourced it was a terrible place to work. After many years service, I was paid 55% of what next job I got paid (and was hired for the next job by phone interview). While it was my mistake to not have left sooner, it shouldn't come to that and the company should've stayed competitive on compensation.
