Pros
- Do good humanitarian work overseas
- General staff in the offices are very friendly, approachable, and lovely to work with.
- Benefits were decent (good US health insurance, generous PTO (18 days a year to start and four summer Fridays)). Retirement doesn't vest for three years.
Cons
- Leadership was not communicative and lacked empathy when laying off a large proportion of the company including not following their own HR policies.
-Salaries were below what similar NGOs paid.
