      Pros

      Great people to work with from customers on up to senior management. Management understands people have lives and they let you balance work with life without giving you a hard time.

      Cons

      Company is growing and growing fast and there are a lot of changes going on so there are some growing pains. Obstacles with international shipping (we are still learning) and keeping up with demand sometimes is a challenge.
