Your worth is tied to a number here and you are mistreated during the months that you don't meet your goal, lots of favoritism, nepotism, lack of training, lack of support - managers only care about their own agile/enterprise sales and don't help support their team members in order for them to be successful as well. This company also has internal discrimination. I got laid off and was then paid a large severance to keep silent and not file an EEOC, so I can't go into more details than that. Also they say the average tenor there is 13 years. This is because new reps don't last a year there. They leave pretty fast, and the original foundational employees are all that remains. Talk to them about this. Proceed with caution.
