very chaotic (especially the Jeddah/Egypt Branches), bias management, incompetent HR system, can be political when your work is better than line managers, offices are EXTREMELY noisy, no work/life balance, but they expect you to be flexible to work on weekends without compensation

The main issues come straight from the CEO’s micromanagement and complete lack of knowledge. Honestly, a horrible place to work.
