Short-sighted decisions - Marketing Acorns Employee Review

During my tenure, the company never made a profit. (This felt especially bad because they offered me a large profit-sharing bonus, but I didn’t know there wasn’t a profit to share!) My team was more or less abandoned by senior leadership about eight months after I was hired and we were given no clear direction forward. My position was eliminated 13 months after it was created.
