Pros

Can gain alot of M&E knowledge & site experiences in the data center industry. Good for university graduates who aspire to be a professional engineer.

Cons

Long working hours (Required to work on Saturdays). Certain senior staffs there are bullying the junior/new joiner staffs. They are NOT doing anything & throwing work to the new staffs that have ZERO idea on what is going on. In addition, they do NOT respect the M&E consultants & sub-contractors and like to shout and play alot of politics during work. Senior staffs are NOT attending site acceptance tests (SAT) and are NOT providing proper guidance to junior staffs. Can check with the following sub-contractors & consultants for more information: Sub-contractors: Ensyst, Trane, SMBE, Schneider electric, ABB, Pro-elect, etc. Consultants: Hurley Palmer Flatt, DRPL corporation, etc. When the probation review for new staffs are approaching, senior staffs who are NOT under the management team will talk bad things on junior staff (Which are NOT the truth) via the probation report. Such actions are extremely disgusting and tarnishes a company reputation. (Retribution will set upon these people one day)
