1. merit and hard work are often overlooked - because majority of the key roles are held by relatives or close acquaintances of the management. 2. management style is extremely poor - best described as micro-management at every level. There's no real scope for professional growth or career advancement here. Senior leadership often displays aggressive behavior that is demoralizing, and instead of inspiring, they rely on threats and blackmail tactics to enforce their authority. 3. employees are forced to stay late, with little respect for work-life balance. 4. The management often speaks about morals and company values, but in practice, these are just empty words. 5.the full and final settlement process took over 45 days, and I had to constantly follow up to receive my documents. Final Verdict : They often say "we are like a family," but in reality, only the CEO's actual family and relatives are treated well.
