The majority of the teaching staff was willing to help you learn, good benefits, students are challenging but fun
Cons
Some people just like to watch the world burn, so they purposely ruin your ideas and actions. The leadership was not at all what a school that size should be, so important jobs were delegated to employees that weren't properly compensated
