Pros
Freedom has an open-door policy that extends all the way to the CEO. Our company focuses on training and retaining great employees. Add that to the amount of internal opportunities given and you've got a great company to work for. The company encourages and pays attention to employees and their ideas. Every year we have an employee survey that goes out, and a few months later we are notified of which changes that were suggested are being implemented. The company is not just paying lip-service to the employees, they want to hear what we have to say.
