Dishonest owner Work agreement including salary are adjusted by the owner without the consent of employees Owner is disrespectful to employees and considers them as his property/ slave which means he feels entitled to treat the however he pleases and thngs he has the right to assign whatever work he wants to assign even it's clearly outside the scope of the work agreement

Good company, great colleagues, workload is fine, schedule is flexible.
