      Great colleagues to work with in the support function.

      Cons

      Micro-management. Lack of trust and emphaty on people. Do not value team members as an assets. Deadly driver leaders to generate sales. High demand on DGM. Horrible management skill, refuse to listen and pay no attention to learn the business. Just want a quick wing to escalate business result.

      Pros

      The CEO and his management team know clearly where they want to be and are very focused. The workforce is quite diverse and multi-cultural.

      Cons

      Similar to other companies owned by private equity firms, the mindset there is quite short-term. Also the company has a lot of heritage which some times clashes with the “new” culture.
