      It is going downhill really fast after management changes in India. Remote control operation from the US. The CEO is politician. Says good things and does the opposite. Never visits India. I was Manager and had 2-3 virtual team meetings with CEO. He does not understand India. CHRO does not understand India. India MD left and no replacement. Significant politics in chennai. Each VP wants to become MD. Very bad culture now. Culture destroyed and is hard to build. My last day was last month. No future left in Acentra.

      Supervisors are good at placating employees

      Cons

      For a mental health company, it is dangerous to force employees to work while sick and incapacitated because how can someone appropriately deal with suicidal clients when they are sick and not able to think clearly? No matter how good or bad your reviews are everyone gets the exact same merit based salary increase. Worst absence point system of any corporation I have ever seen. 2 points PER DAY for absences that are not pre-planned and approved. Meaning if you get sick and are in the hospital for 5 days with a doctors note you will still be placed on a final notice because you didn't request that week off more than 2 weeks in advance. Even if you have weeks of PTO saved up because you are normally dependable.
