Pros
Opportunity to travel and work in varying projects, interact with differing people and technological needs, and generally with great (but fatigued) co-workers.
Cons
Incompetent and abusive top management. The chairman of the board, married to the president/CEO, is a Stanford professor who has great fear and resentment of people with insights that often extend beyond his own vision. Workers are frequently told to perform actions that are different from what the customers want, putting the workers in difficult positions with displeased customers. Management makes frequent trips to China, with apparent technical exchanges, and runs the Sunnyvale company like a tiny fiefdom. Company meetings seem to go on forever, and certain employees are excoriated during the meetings for reasons that seem to have more to do with how management respects them rather than their actions or lack thereof.
