      Pros

      That they made me redundant so I can focus on having a real job that isn’t about con con con. I don’t need to hear about yet more customers who haven’t been paid their hard earned cash even though accutor took it from supplier months ago. They let us ALL go at worst of times when it is SO SO hard to find a job. But I feel relief that I am not part of that any more. One senior lady who worked like family business when it was small and helped it grow fell ill. They didn’t stay loyal to her, they sack her so they don’t pay sick pay. This is how they say thanks. I am glad I’m not part of this. It’s a big pro

      When I join there was big secrecy about so many things. I made friends with person who was there a while in other office. So I know everything from experience and what I am told by malta office and Zurich office.... they are being investigated for big big frauds all over the world. They hide all the money in switzerland but don’t pay clients. They used to have big clients but when the teammates who handle big clients found out about the fraud they left. Now they are getting smaller and smaller. The managers are always stressed and can’t handle. On glass door it says this is a 1,000 person company. Look on LinkedIn and you see it hardly 20 people company. You will see they use to be big boy company on LinkedIn. Only people who are Pakistani get promoted because they share belief of the management. Look on LinkedIn for proof of this. Example is There is one guy who became a manager of accutor at age 19 and he was Pakistani. It is on LinkedIn

      We are sorry to hear you feel this way. These are unprecedented times and due the global pandemic, many firms are having no other option but to reluctantly make employees redundant. We highly value all our employees and have rewarded employees at end of year company events with gifts and performance bonuses during the year. Stress is a natural part of work at any firm but we as a firm have different socials with our teams to de-stress such as bowling, volleyball, laser tag and team dinners. This is a great of bonding for employees at the firm and have some fun! Accutor is a dynamic firm that is continually getting better and current employees have approached managers praising the work culture and how managers are approachable. We are situated on one of the best high streets in Malta and employees enjoy lunches being ordered in on behalf of the firm, fresh fruit available on a daily basis and muffins for breakfast! The firm also caters for employees' dietary requirements such as those who do not eat meat or are vegan. We all look forward to the month end socials and there is already excitement in the office about this month's social. We are also looking to become eco-friendly by separating our waste from organic waste, recycling and general waste. It is therefore unfortunate to hear you had such an experience.       They did get us lunch once a week in 2019

      Everything else. Unprofessional and messy. Nothing really made sense, I didn't even understand how could a company like this operate without it going bankrupt and/or be taken to court for multiple illegal suspicions. 1 year later it all came true though. It's declared bankrupt and have lots of pending legal issues that they will manage to sort out due to their high ranking law background. They now opened a new company under the exact same address called spring healthcare with the same managers. God save those that do business with them again. Lots of weird stuff was going around, lots of people scammed and never paid. I was glad I got out of this mess before it ended up declared bankrupt. What surprised me though is that it took them 9 months longer to go bankrupt than what I predicted. I could not believe a company like this could ever exist, especially for so long. Made no sense at all, nothing made sense to be accurate. I wanted to quit every day I worked there.
