Management cannot get out their own way and stop being egotistical. They brag about how they used to do the job but haven't done the work in practically a decade and then want accolades when they do a task finally to help their staff. They don't give adequate pay raises. Inflation? Forget about it. Suck it up and learn to "manage your finances better". Refuse to hire replacements when employees leave. They will overwork you and spam you with "thank you for your sacrifice" with little to no assistance. Then turn to you, ask if you have ideas, and every idea you put forward gets shot down.
